cicadas

from my windows today I heard cicadas/cigarras (really heard them)

Hoje ouvimos cigarras (thank you Carlos for the link!) em força das nossas janelas.

So much to see and do it will take a lifetime for sure.

A great weekend with a visit from Sandra and a day with Fatima her mom and her children, Laura 2 and Vanni 5. My first swim in the ocean this year (actually, in two years!) as well. Oh, heaven. :)

more good things:

Discovering Olga and vice versa and her nice words about my blog and Portugal! Thank you, Olga.

My blog circulating in Russian crafting chat rooms initially because of rodilha workshop and now because of the dolls from Montemuro.

As minhas rodilhas algures na Rússia....

Noah arrived safely in my hometown of Boston all the way from Japan and then China.

Isabel´s grandmother´s blouse makes me want to have one for myself.
